I was very anxious about living in the U.S. for the first time as a Japanese, but Mike and Carolyn were very kind and I had a wonderful Maryville life with my family for 5 years! They always maintained the lawn nicely and took care of any repairs that needed to be done right away. When it was decided to go back to Japan, my daughter said, "I don't want to go back to Japan." " Where do I start? I moved into one of the rentals that the Hardy family owns in June of 2021 and I loved the neighborhood and how nice the home was. The yard was always immaculate! Anytime I needed anything fixed or looked at they would be there right away and if they couldn’t fix it they had someone else come by to look at what needed fixed and Mike and Carolyn always made sure it was done correctly. They always respected my privacy and sleep schedule because I worked night shift by always making sure it was okay that they entered the home before they came over to do repairs or change the furnace filter. I have never found or heard of such great landlords like Mike and Carolyn. If you are looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend renting from them! "

Mike and Carolyn continued to go out of their way to care for the renter and the property. Over the years I have lived in many rental properties, but never had property owners like Mike and Carolyn. If I were staying in Maryville longer, there is absolutely nobody else I would rather rent from. Mike and Carolyn consistently went above and beyond any other property owner that I have ever rented from in the past. They kept great care of both the interior & exterior of the property while always being there at the drop of a hat if there was ever an issue. If they couldn’t fix it with their own two hands, they had a repair service there that same day or the very next.
